Soft2Bet as an iGaming Technology Company: The Platform, the Verticals, and the Layer Beneath Them

Soft2Bet is an iGaming technology company that builds the systems operators run their casino and sportsbook brands on. Those systems sit under everything a player sees – the lobby, the odds screen, the reward that lands after a session – and the platform, the back office, the CRM, and the analytics layer beneath decide what each of those things does. Soft2Bet builds that lower layer, and runs its own brands on the same code. One code base means one set of components: platform technology, casino, sportsbook, gamification, and personalization are developed together, which is why they behave as one system in production.

What Soft2Bet Supplies and Where It Operates

Soft2Bet was founded in 2016 and has grown into a global iGaming technology company delivering turnkey solutions for operators in online gaming and sports betting. Its portfolio now covers 23 licenses across 12 jurisdictions, with holdings in Ontario, Sweden, Romania, and Denmark

Soft2Bet’s specialization is the technology itself – the systems operators need to launch and run casino and sportsbook brands in these regulated markets. The company delivers a turnkey casino platform and sportsbook, a player account management (PAM) system, CRM and back office tools, and managed services covering support and risk management. Operators take what fits their model and connect the rest through APIs. As a B2B supplier, Soft2Bet builds the system around what its partners need: the technology to enter a regulated market, run a brand there, and meet the reporting requirements that come with each license.

The portfolio was built one market at a time. Each new license added requirements the base system had to meet, and those requirements were built into the platform before partners launched in that market, so an operator entering it starts from a system already configured for local rules.

Components, Shared Data, and the Modular Build

Soft2Bet builds a connected set of technology components: the iGaming platform itself, casino infrastructure, sportsbook technology, gamification engines, a back office, CRM, and analytics with reporting. Each part works on its own, and all of them work better connected to the rest.

Connected means all components work from one shared data layer rather than keeping separate copies of the same information. A segment defined in the CRM is available to the casino front end for ordering the lobby. A session the platform writes reaches the analytics layer and the back office in the same form. Gamification features, such as tournaments and loyalty programs, run on the same account data the back office works with. These modules stay in sync by sharing data, so a change made in one place shows up everywhere it belongs.

Each component exchanges data with the others through APIs instead of being built into them, so an operator can update or expand any feature without rebuilding the rest, and the technology stack can be shaped to a specific brand and market. A single-market launch takes the core and adds what it needs, while a multi-brand operation runs several configurations from one back office.

One Platform Under Every Brand

Casino, sportsbook, back office, CRM and analytics from Soft2Bet share one data layer, so operators launch and run brands from a single technology base.

The Core iGaming Platform Soft2Bet Runs On

Microservices, Scaling, and Open Integration

The Soft2Bet platform is the technical foundation everything else is built on. It runs on an adaptable microservices architecture, so one component can be updated, deployed, or scaled while the rest keeps running. That independence is what lets capacity follow demand: when a single tournament drives volume to a peak, the platform adds capacity to match it, then scales back down once the rush is over. Uptime sits at 99.99 percent, and the same separation is what holds it – if one service goes down, the platform isolates it while traffic moves to healthy servers, so players never notice a break.

That separation is not only internal – third-party systems attach the same way Soft2Bet’s own components do. Open APIslet operators connect three three kinds of external systems: content aggregators that add games to the catalog, data feeds that supply sports odds and results, and an operator’s own reporting and analytics tools, which can pull data from the platform directly. An operator that already uses its own tools keeps them and connects them instead of replacing them. The same modular setup works at any scale, so a brand launching in one market and an operator running several brands across markets use the same core platform, configured to their needs.

Dashboards, Segments, and One Working Environment

The Soft2Bet back office is where an operator manages the platform. Customizable dashboards carry brand performance in real time, and the same environment holds in-depth account activity monitoring, verification status, segment work, and the settings for tournaments and loyalty programs. Reporting and analytics tools sit there too, so the numbers behind a decision come from the system that decision will be applied in.

A specialist checking verification status, reviewing a segment, and updating a tournament setting does all three without switching systems, and each action is recorded against the same account. Responsible gaming tools are configured in the same place, so operators manage every part of a brand’s daily operations from a single back office.

The Soft2Bet Platform

The Soft2Bet platform gives operators a ready game portfolio of more than 12,500 titles from over 110 providers, covering slots, jackpot games, and table games. Live casino is included as well, with exclusive tables run by dedicated dealers and more than 200 live-table connections. With a portfolio this large, what matters is how the games are organized for each market.

Operators arrange the portfolio through the content management system (CMS). Games are grouped into categories and localized by market, so each brand shows a lobby suited to the country it operates in, with the languages and content selection that fit that market. The lobby layout also adapts to the device, with separate versions for desktop and mobile.

The Soft2Bet Sportsbook

Sportsbook built on the Soft2Bet platform, shown on a laptop

The Soft2Bet sportsbook runs on the same core platform as the casino. The infrastructure carries around one million pre-match events and 800,000 live events annually, with ten million virtual sports events on top, covering global and local sports in one integration. Official data feeds, live streaming, match tracker, multiple bet types, and localization make up the working feature set.

Volume on that scale creates its own interface problem, and Soft2Bet handles it in the arrangement. Events are ordered the way a person looks for them – sport, competition, fixture, market – so one match sits a few steps from the front page. Live betting adds a second demand, since a screen that lags the match is unusable, and the Soft2Bet feed runs at low latency to hold it. The whole product is built mobile-first, because that is where most sessions happen.

Sportsbook and casino run on the same platform and share one account system, so a person uses a single account for both, and the operator manages both from one back office.

Reporting, Analytics, and A/B Testing

The Soft2Bet analytics layer brings together brand performance data from across the platform and presents it in dashboards and reports. Real-time dashboards cover acquisition, gameplay, and retention, while reporting drills into cohorts, campaigns, and segments to show what is driving ARPU and LTV.

A change to a layout, a banner, or a journey is tested before it is adopted, with A/B and multivariate testing showing which version performed. Soft2Bet exposes the underlying data through APIs, so an operator can pull it into its own analytics environment and model whatever the platform does not, including churn scoring. Product decisions made this way rest on recorded behavior, and the evidence stays available to whoever needs to check the reasoning later.

Layers, Verticals, and How Soft2Bet Joins Them

Soft2Bet’s components are one interconnected system, arranged in layers. The platform core sits at the bottom, with casino and sportsbook as the verticals on it. Above those, CRM and personalization handle how an operator addresses its audience, while analytics reads what the verticals produce. The back office spans the whole stack.

Those layers read from the same record, so an operator combines them according to what the product needs. A casino-only brand runs the casino vertical with CRM and analytics, adding sportsbook later brings a second vertical into the same account, and a partner arriving with existing tools connects them through the API.

Modularity, Scale, Personalization, and What They Add Up To

Four characteristics describe the Soft2Bet approach.

  • Modularitycomponents combine according to the product, and any one can be updated or expanded without touching the rest.
  • Scalabilitythe microservices architecture is built for a product that grows in traffic, in brands, and in markets.
  • PersonalizationUX and content adapt to each brand, market, and segment, in the lobby and in the odds screen.
  • Integrationcasino, sportsbook, gamification, and back office work as one system because they were designed as one.

That last point carries the others. Soft2Bet builds the technology behind the user experience – from the core platform and gaming verticals to gamification and personalization – and what holds those pieces together is that they were built as one.
